Deployment of Wordpress at localhost on WAMP

Download the source code
http://wordpress.org/
Extract the Zipped folder in the www directory of wamp
Create the database using phpadmin
Copy the wp-config-sample.php and save it as wp-config.php
Open the wp-config.php and set the database settings
Open localhost in your browser the wp-admin and install the ur blog
